Initial eligibility for all other members: You and your eligible dependent(s) become eligible for coverage under the Fund on the first day of the month after the month in which $1,375 in participating employer contributions are received on your behalf
Participating employer contributions made for you are held in an administrative Account
On the last business day of each calendar quarter, $4,125 is deducted from your Administrative Account and, if necessary, withdrawn from your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), to maintain your eligibility for the next calendar quarter
